I made some potato fluff today.. haha.. It was called something like that.
Its basically mashed potatoes with cheese... baked in the oven with breadcrumbs under.
It turned out to be heavenly. Too bad I didn't have time to take a picture of it.
But here is the tip to making mashed potatoes heavenly..
When you are adding the milk, butter, sourcream, etc. whatever else you add to your potatoes...
add egg yolks to it also..
then beat the egg whites seperately for a couple minutes
and fold them into the potatoes.
It makes them so fluffy and delicious! :)
